Records Division

The Patrol Division is overseen by one Patrol Commander and two Patrol Lieutenants, six sergeants and is comprised of 30 officers.

Officers on each team are assigned to one of two districts within the city. District officers work with community members, to identify problems within their assigned district and are empowered to take the necessary action to resolve those problems in a collaborative effort with the residents, business owners and other agencies.

By being permanently assigned to a district, officers can become familiar with the residents, businesses, and neighborhoods. They become more alert to activities that are out of the ordinary and can more effectively identify and resolve problems.

The K-9 Unit assists the Patrol Division as an enhanced detection tool. Through their diligent work, adhering to the Four C’s, and by serving as dedicated professionals, they enhance the overall security of our community.
